Comfy beds, central heating, pay television, and a laptop in the room. Favourable, convenient location in Minden, so close to the 24 hr cafe, the main hotel/casino and Minden and Gardnerville area family friendly. Also, easy to get to Bently Heritage.

Lots of affordable food for meals. Very nice staff on reception and elsewhere. In a great area with the mountain view, marvellous position adjacent to ur Hotel/Casino by a very good friend that has been a great client of urs for years and northern Nevada from now on.

The room was fine, large and complete with fine furniture and good beds, as example. The hotel had a central location smoky in the common areas. I was surprised at nearby Cowboys Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks.

The room was updated and good with the TV, fine furniture plus view of snow top mountains, we felt like at home. The hotel was in a central location in the Casino area of the property. There was a casual restaurant nearby. Meals were excellent, and there was Cook'd near the venue. The daily service was excellent.

Respectful staff and the location was favourable and excellent. I could get deluxe king room with a mountain view, really enjoyed that.

Great view of the mountains from our spacious room on the 3rd floor. Super comfortable bed and very clean room. Mini-fridge was very cold, even froze my blue-ice. Variety of accommodations for different group members. Gift certificates as a bonus for our large picnic. Excellent customer service, Misty went above and beyond to accommodate our mistake of booking a smoking room. Clean room with no smoke smell. Close proximity of room to everything. Best shower pressure I've ever experienced. Easy food ordering and pick-up from Katie's Kitchen, great customer service. Helpful and friendly staff at Norma's pastry/snack house. Nice, clean pool.

Feeling that I loved this truly exceptional hotel after staying for 2 nights. The staff was pleasant and the pool area was great. I had impressive functional room with a laptop, an iron with ironing board, and a work desk. This was a marvellous location next to the casino, the coffee shop, and convenient stores. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Minden.
